The University Libraries have benefitted, since its existence, from the generousity of benefactors.
The collections have mainly come into existence by donations of books, manuscripts and other materials from scholars and others who sympathise with the library. Financial donations have helped us build state-of-the-art library facilities and digitise valuable manuscripts, enriching the whole University community and leaving a lasting legacy for the scholars of tomorrow.
Are you thinking about donating to the library? Then consider a donation for the digitalisation of our Asian collections, making valuable manuscripts, pictures, and art works freely accessible worldwide.
