Starting 7 July 2025, requested loanable library materials from the University Library (UB) stacks will be made available for pick-up at the lockers twice a day, from Monday through Friday. Items will be kept available for pick-up for five days.

This policy change is due to the budget cuts the university is undergoing at the moment. The new schedule is based on careful analysis of statistics showing our users' general request and pick-up preferences.

Monday - Friday before 9:00	Same day, before 11:00
Monday - Friday 9:00 - 15:00	Same day, before 17:30
Monday - Thursday after 15:00	Next day, before 11:00
Friday 15:00 - Monday 9:00	Monday, before 11:00

Only slight changes will be made regarding delivery times for items requested for pick-up at other library locations, and for items requested for pick-up for perusal at the Special Collections Reading Room.
