Ascension Day and Pentecost library hours
Opening hours on Ascension Day and 30 May
On Thursday 29 May and Friday 30 May, the University Library (UB) will be open. The libraries in the Herta Mohr building will be open for studying and perusal of the collections.
The Special Collections Reading Room will be open on 30 May.

Opening hours on Pentecost
The University Library (UB) and Wijnhaven Library will be open on Pentecost Sunday and Monday. The libraries in the Herta Mohr building will be open for studying and perusal of the collections.

Book requests
On both Ascension Day and Pentecost, only library materials requested within the UB will be made available according to schedule. An email notice will be sent as soon as a requested item is ready for pick-up.
Exam period: 12 May - 29 June
In the busy exam weeks, nearly all library study places need to be booked in advance. Only Leiden University students can book study places. For some visitor groups, access restrictions apply.
