The Leiden Special Collections Blog live!
The Leiden University Libraries is proud to announce its new Leiden Special Collections Blog. Curators, guests and fellows of the Scaliger Institute will be writing on the latest acquisitions, valuable discoveries, special items, exhibitions and many other topics of interest. Our new blog draws on the University of Leiden’s rich collections.
Kasper van Ommen kicked off with 100 years De Stijl. Be notified about new blog posts via RSS or subscribe to our newsletter. We have also adapted many previous contributions to our Snapshot service into blog posts so that the Leiden Special Collections Blog blog is already well stocked.
The UBL manage large and comprehensive special collections of national and international standing. They comprise manuscripts, special printed works, maps, atlases, prints, drawings and photographs from both the Western and the non-Western world.
