New library system in use
On July 18th, Leiden University Libraries (UBL) has taken a new library system in use. For users, little has changed. However, it is possible that there might be some optimisation problems in the Catalogue during the first days. These inconveniences are expected to be solved in the next few days.
Possibly not all records in the Catalogue might be shown or the sorting is not optimal. Sometimes it might be erroneously indicated that an item is available digitally (‘View online’) and the name of Libraries and Locations is not ideal. If you are not logged into the Catalogue it sometimes looks as if certain items are on loan, while they are not. Once you log in, it will become clear that the item is not on loan. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will be resolving the inconveniences in the next few days.
