Exam period access regulations 13 March - 3 April
At Leiden University Libraries, specific access regulations apply during the busy exam weeks. From 13 March until 3 April, the following user groups do not have access to the libraries:
- students registered at educational institutions other than Leiden University
- annual fee card holders who do not verifiably depend on Leiden University Libraries' collections for their research
The Law Library is closed to mentioned user groups year-round.
Library study places during the exam period
From 13 March until 3 April, most library study places will be available to Leiden University students only. Please make sure to always book your exam weeks seats in advance, using Leiden University's online booking system.
All library locations will have some study places freely available for those visitors to whom the access restrictions do not apply. These study places are marked with a white sticker.
