The Yearbook of International Organizations (YIO) provides current information on active, inactive and dormant international organisations including Intergovernmental Organizations (IGOs) and International Nongovernmental Organizations (INGOs) in 300 countries and territories. Organisations can be searched alphabetically, by region and by subject. Each record details the structure, staff, languages, finances, aims, activities, events, publications, statistical information, and analyses of the organization. The database also contains statistical reports, for example number of active organisations by type, country participation in organisations by type, links between organisations and use of languages. Additionally the YIO links organisations to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The Yearbook is maintained by The Union of International Associations (UIA) and is continuously updated.
